Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and customer behavior to identify trends and growth opportunities.

* Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements for digital teams.

* Lead end-to-end analysis for new features, UX/UI improvements, and campaign performance.

* Partner with product, marketing, and tech teams to enhance site performance and customer journey.

* Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports (GA4, Power BI, Shopify, etc.).

* Support strategic initiatives such as personalization, CRO, and omnichannel integrations.

* Conduct competitive benchmarking and market intelligence to guide business decisions.
