We are looking for a curious, ambitious, and detail-oriented candidate ready to grow their career in the digital advertising space. Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing agency environment. This is a hands-on digital management, strategy development, and strategy execution role in our office in Nashville.


Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with AE counterparts to ensure on-time campaign launches
  • Creating and managing ongoing optimization efforts of all digital marketing campaigns, including daily budget monitoring, bid management, keyword research, and on-site conversion and keyword strategy based on performance history.
  • Build out and maintain microsites and advertising ecosystems
  • Tag and track all campaign components
  • Campaign reporting and deliver frequent updates
  • Provide visually appealing PowerPoint presentations upon campaign wrap that use data to tell a story.
  • Pace campaigns to spend
  • Optimize campaigns toward performance
  • Provide recommendations on strategy and direction for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Writing and reviewing content from contract writers for SEO best practices and compliance with FDA, SEC, and ad platform rules and regulations.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and recommend new tactics and strategies.
  • Run and report back on A/B tests of audience, copy, and creative
  • Work with in-house designers on graphic needs for advertising and email marketing purposes. Continue to work to maintain and grow the brands.
  • Troubleshooting issues with websites and looking for ways to improve the performance of the websites continually. 


  • At least 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, especially on the paid campaign media execution side.
  • At least 3-5 years of digital strategy experience
  • At least 3-5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in data-first digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using programmatic platforms such as Trade Desk,, etc.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience building landing pages in WordPress and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to utilize digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and read /understand data
  • Experience using Google Data Studio or similar data visualization tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset.
  • Agency experience is a plus
