Fully RemoteJob SummaryThe Workforce Management Specialist will perform all processing duties as they relate to Payroll, such as adjustment of monthly/biweekly accruals, maintaining payroll files, time entry adjustments, reporting, and workers' compensation claims. They will be responsible for all functionality related to time entry and accuracy for running payroll. This position will perform Workforce Management transactions such as updating employee status changes, updating new employees, deductions and terminations. Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Must be able to identify and analyze payroll/HR issues and work with appropriate departments and business contacts to solve as necessary. This position collaborates with various professionals across UKHC and the University to ensure compliance with all Federal, state, and local regulations, as well as UKHC and UK policies and procedures.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesExperienced with payroll and/or HR systems. Detail oriented with focus on accuracy and compliance. Skilled in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office. Works collaboratively and communicates with tact and discretion, maintaining confidentiality.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
